Our target
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 (opens in new tab) level AA.
What we do
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1; the monochrome palette is measured on the darkest card colour.
- Up and down changes always use arrows and screen-reader text, never colour alone.
- Visible keyboard focus, a skip link, and keyboard-operable chart dialogs with a data table for screen readers.
- Animations, background videos and the custom cursor are disabled when your system asks for reduced motion. With Save-Data on, videos show a still image only.
- Automated checks with axe-core on key pages before each release.
Known limitations
- Interactive chart canvases are visual; the same data is provided as a hidden table in the expanded view and through the public API.
- Background videos are decorative and have no audio.
